The historic centre of Como is around 8 minutes away, with the San Giovanni train station about 10 minutes and the ferry terminal about 12 minutes on foot.
Do both apartments have a real lake view?+
Yes. Both stays look directly over Lake Como and include access to panoramic outdoor spaces, moments from the lakefront promenade.
Does the apartment have a terrace?+
The Panoramic Loft has its own panoramic terrace over the lake; the Lake View Suite has direct lake-view outdoor space. Both are shown in each apartment's gallery.

How do I access the apartments — are there stairs?+
The apartments are reached via stairs; there is no lift in the building. Please let us know in advance if this is a concern for your stay, and we'll be glad to help.
